The vision of the Jackson County JobLink Career Center is to strengthen Jackson County's economy by being a liaison between employers and a qualified workforce.

MISSION
The core purpose/mission of our Career Center is to be a leading employment resource for persons seeking gainful employment through established partnerships with employers and businesses. Through the leadership, dedication and integrity of our partners, we are committed to making every employee-employer match successful.

HISTORY
The Jackson County JobLink was initially chartered in 1998. Workforce Development agencies came together in a partnership to collaborate and co-locate services. The JobLink Career Center was established to provide a system connecting employers and job seekers. The partners united in this effort with the vision of a comprehensive workforce development system that involves all major providers of workforce development and placement services. This effort was entered into with the agencies listed below:
